Hello!

For over 20 years, my core values of impact, openness, curiosity, and fairness have guided my work in product design, research, strategy, and leadership across various industries.

My passion lies in leveraging technology and human-centered design to solve meaningful problems that create value for people. In 2024, with AI's potential to address challenges we’ve never solved before, I believe it’s crucial to think about the humans we’re designing for to avoid exacerbating issues like systemic bias. It's the only way we can truly realize the potential of this technology to provide benefits for all.

Throughout my career, I've embraced new technologies and trends, from social media sentiment analysis in 2008 to mobile-first design, VR, AR, blockchain, and even pre-school kids' apps. At the same time, I've focused on driving impact and desired outcomes. At Staples, I led research and strategy projects that shifted the omnichannel roadmap to a customer-focused approach. At TD, my contribution to design projects has impacted 15 million customers daily, saving the bank substantial costs and saving customers and employees time.
